The Rotary Club of the Torrington/Winsted Areas has established a non-endowed fund with the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation for the purpose of supporting charitable initiatives or activities consistent with the purpose of Rotary. This includes international human welfare needs and local community quality of life enhancements in the greater Torrington and Winsted areas. Grants are made throughout the year to qualified public sector or non-profit corporations, as well as volunteer and educational organizations in our service area and beyond. The Club awards grants on a competitive basis with awards typically ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 for projects which provide significant benefit. Grants are one-time funds not intended for on-going operations. To apply, applicants must complete the grant application below. Your grant application will be evaluated, and you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Brian Mattiello: 860-485-4542, bmattiello@hungerford.org
