After completing the application, follow the instructions therein for mailing your submission to the Community Service Committee of the Rotary Club.

This committee strives to promote the ideal of service with a particular emphasis on grant making, creating volunteer opportunities for Rotarians, and otherwise finding ways and means to help locally those most in need of assistance.

Your application will be carefully considered and a decision on funding your request will be forthcoming.
